LED module mounter machine also called pick and place machine/ placement machine/SMT machine. It is one of SMT Line. The function of mounter is picking components and then mounting on the PCB. It is automatically SMT Machine.
In SMT production line, there are different machines for different module with different functions. Included Loader, Conveyor, Stencil printer, pick and place, reflow oven, un-loader, etc.

100M Strip Light SMT Production Line
ETON helped the client to plan the 100M production line, including the patch production line: PCB loader-semi-automatic printing machine-The buffer stage-high-speed pick and place machine - 24M assembly line - reflow oven - PCB unloader, and also planned 24M test line, sub-board line, coating production line. The client put into production in 2021, and the production situation is very good. ETON technicians installed the machine in the client's factory, planned the wiring, tested the production, and trained the client's engineers. The client's project was very successful, becoming one of the few in India that can provide 100M without wires. The factory for the production of all flexible light strips is very competitive, and now is planning add a new SMT production line with ETON to expand production and LED product categories.

1. How many machines sell in India ?
A: So far, we have hundreds machine sell in India.
2. I don’t know how to operate machine and will it required experience?
A: Our machine is very easy for operate, usually several days for training is enough and not required experience. ETON engineer will teach online now and will visit your factory after corona.
3. I want to produce led bulb, do you have machine for that?
A: Yes, we could provide the whole SMT Machine for led bulb.
4. I want to produce 100 meters led strip light roll to roll, is F7S suitable ?

5 What kind of machine will provide besides pick and place machine ?

6 Do you have middle speed pick and place machine for led tube/street light/display, lens/panel/led bulb/dob/etc
A: Yes! We have different module pick and place machine, for middle speed mounter, we have two kinds of machine, one is RT-1, it is 10 heads with 40000 cph, another is E8S with 45000 theoretical speed.
